Short version: I only collect your email if you choose to subscribe to my letter, I use it to send you that letter, and I never sell or share it. You can leave any time.
If you sign up for the newsletter, I collect the email address you enter. Nothing else is required.
The site keeps standard, privacy-respecting traffic measurement to understand how many people visit. It is configured to be cookieless (no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles).
To send you "Luka's letter", occasional emails when I have something genuinely worth sharing. That's the only purpose. Your consent (clicking subscribe, then confirming via email) is the legal basis.
Your email is stored and sent through MailerLite, my email provider, acting on my behalf. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both are bound to protect your data.
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the data I hold about you, or to stop using it. Under the GDPR you can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
